Our Worship

No matter where you are on life’s journey, we welcome you to join us for worship, to celebrate the strength of our faith and to try to make a difference in our community and in the world.

Spiritual Worship is at the heart of what we do at Thaddeus Chapel. It is not only a source of spiritual revitalization, but it also prepares the congregation to take the message of love and inclusiveness into the community at large. A phrase printed in our bulletin every week captures this philosophy: “”All Things are Possible to him that Believeth.” We believe in the power of spiritual worship.

Music Worship in song with our rotating choir each week. We uplift God’s holy name through singing, accompanied by piano, and other instruments. Traditional Southern Gospel and Hymns find a home here.

A Sunday message from our pastor, Eric Hampton Sr, is both inspiring and timely. Eric’s interpretation of scripture challenges people to make faith a living part of their lives. A special message for children happens during service, before they leave for the “Children’s Church” program. Children are also welcome to stay and sometimes requested by the pastor to stay and worship with their family.

Communion is celebrated every three months during the year. Prayers for the world and ourselves are an important part of every Thaddeus Chapel worship.
